Job Description


We are seeking a Medical Doctor or Pharmacist with proven experience as a Regional Medical Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading our medical affairs operations in the field of rare diseases.


Key Responsibilities


• Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication with all external stakeholders. Establish and maintain trusted scientific partnerships through regular, high-quality medical interactions. This is a field-based role, requiring regular on-site interactions with HCPs three days per week.

• Provide up-to-date and relevant scientific and product information to key opinion leaders and the broader medical community to foster clinical confidence and understanding.

• Map patient journeys, diagnostic practices, and treatment pathways while developing peer-to-peer relationships with relevant HCPs.

• Organize and participate in medical meetings, advisory boards, and congress-related engagements.

• Develop and implement scientific communication strategies. Support the creation and review of publications in alignment with the company’s scientific narrative.

• Review medical communication tools, educational resources, and promotional materials for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Effectively communicate the medical value of the company’s products to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify educational gaps among HCPs and deliver scientific, non-promotional presentations to address those needs.


Qualifications and Skills


• MD or PharmB degree,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred),

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of rare diseases (preferred),

• Background in endocrinology, metabolism, oncology, or hematology (preferred),

• Experience in start-up environments or adaptability to fast-paced, agile settings,

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish,

• High level of personal discipline, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards,

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,

• Comfortable working within a matrix management model,

• Flexibility with working hours,

• Based in Istanbul,

• For male candidates: Completion of military service (if applicable).
