Role OverviewThe Inside Sales &amp; Marketing Representative is a hybrid, high-impact role supporting Triton&rsquo;s revenue growth by managing customer interactions, supporting the sales pipeline, and executing foundational marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, customer engagement, and marketing operations, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.This position will be instrumental in order accuracy, customer follow-up, pipeline development, and brand visibility, while also supporting marketing campaigns and digital presence through HubSpot and social media.Sales Responsibilities&middot; Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently; fishbowl or WMS experience a plus.&middot; Act as a primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries&middot; Conduct customer follow-up on quotes, orders, deliveries, and outstanding items&middot; Support outside sales reps with order intake, pricing coordination, marketing materials, and account communication&middot; Perform outbound prospecting activities, including:o Calling and emailing prospective customerso Following up on leads generated via marketing campaignso Re-engaging dormant or inactive accounts&middot; Maintain accurate customer and deal records within HubSpot CRM&middot; Assist with AR support activities, including basic collections follow-up as needed&middot; Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accountsMarketing Responsibilities&middot; Support the design and creation of marketing materials, including:o Sales sheetso Product one-pagerso Email graphicso Basic digital assets&middot; Assist with planning and execution of Conference and Trade Show efforts&middot; Build and execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including:o Email campaignso Lead nurturing workflowso Sales enablement campaigns&middot; Manage and post content across Triton&rsquo;s social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, others as applicable)&middot; Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign schedules&middot; Track and report on basic marketing metrics (open rates, click-throughs, engagement, lead conversions)&middot; Support website updates and content refreshes as needed&middot; Improve general web presence with SEO and potentially advertising&middot; Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materialsCross-Functional &amp; Operational Support&middot; Work closely with operations, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment&middot; Provide feedback from customers and prospects to leadership on:o Product performanceo Pricing feedbacko Competitive insights&middot; Assist in improving internal sales and marketing processes&middot; Help document workflows, templates, and best practices as Triton scales&middot; Support special projects related to growth, new product launches, or market expansionQualifications &amp; SkillsRequired&middot; 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, marketing, or a hybrid function role&middot; Strong organizational and time-management skills&middot; Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment&middot; Excellent written and verbal communication skills&middot; Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)&middot; Proficiency with Microsoft Office / 365 SuitePreferred&middot; Experience in building materials, construction products, or B2B distribution&middot; Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email campaigns&middot; Basic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)&middot; Experience supporting sales teams in a growth-oriented company&middot; Comfortable with outbound prospecting and customer engagement&middot; Familiarity with website CMS (Wordpress)Key Traits for Success&middot; Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through&middot; Proactive, self-starter mindset&middot; Comfortable wearing multiple hats&middot; Sales-minded but brand-aware&middot; Data-driven with an interest in improving processes&middot; Positive, team-first attitudeWhat Success Looks Like&middot; Orders are entered accurately and on time&middot; Customers receive timely, professional follow-up&middot; Sales pipeline activity is consistently supported and growing&middot; Marketing campaigns are executed on schedule and tracked&middot; Triton&rsquo;s brand presence becomes more consistent and professional&middot; Inside sales and marketing systems scale cleanly as the company growsCompensation&middot; Base salary commensurate with experience&middot; Bonus or commission component tied to sales activity and performance (details TBD)&middot; Growth opportunity as Triton scalesJob Type: Full-timePay: From $49,880.40 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
