Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through available motorcycle models, features, and financing options.</li><li>Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets (units &amp; revenue) as per dealership goals.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with potential customers; follow up with leads, enquiries, test rides, and conversions.</li><li>Provide accurate quotations, financing or loan options, trade-in valuations, and negotiations.</li><li>Coordinate deliveries, documentation, registrations, and handover formalities.</li><li>Liaise with service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experience.</li><li>Participate in promotional events, launches, roadshows, and local marketing efforts.</li><li>Maintain knowledge about the latest models, features, market trends, and competitors.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.</li></ul>Features / Incentives / Benefits<ul><li>Base salary + attractive commission / incentives on sales performance.</li><li>Training on product, brand, sales techniques, and financing.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth &ndash; senior consultant, team lead, showroom manager.</li><li>Employee discounts on accessories or parts.</li><li>Travel allowance (for test rides, roadshows) if applicable.</li><li>EPF, other statutory benefits as per law.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required<ul><li>Minimum Education: 12th pass / Higher Secondary; diploma or graduation preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in sales / bike / automobile sales is a plus (preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam, English).</li><li>Enthusiasm for motorcycles / passion for the brand.</li><li>Ability to negotiate, persuade, close sales.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-centric.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).</li></ul>Work Timing &amp; Shifts<ul><li>Six days a week; Sundays / holidays as per showroom scheduling.</li><li>Working hours typically showroom hours (e.g. 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) with flexibility for events / test rides, etc.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,473.65 - &#8377;20,703.13 per monthWork Location: In person
