Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through available motorcycle models, features, and financing options.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets (units & revenue) as per dealership goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers; follow up with leads, enquiries, test rides, and conversions.
- Provide accurate quotations, financing or loan options, trade-in valuations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate deliveries, documentation, registrations, and handover formalities.
- Liaise with service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Participate in promotional events, launches, roadshows, and local marketing efforts.
- Maintain knowledge about the latest models, features, market trends, and competitors.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum Education: 12th pass / Higher Secondary; diploma or graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in sales / bike / automobile sales is a plus (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam, English).
- Enthusiasm for motorcycles / passion for the brand.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-centric.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Work Timing & Shifts
- Six days a week; Sundays / holidays as per showroom scheduling.
- Working hours typically showroom hours (e.g. 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) with flexibility for events / test rides, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,473.65 - ₹20,703.13 per month
