Position Overview</b></h3><div>
Trophy Point Investment Group is seeking a <b>Marketing Technology Specialist</b> to lead the technical and operational side of our marketing infrastructure. This role is <b>not a traditional creative marketing position</b>, but a <b>technology-driven role</b> focused on automation, data integrity, system optimization, and the efficient delivery of marketing and investor communications.</div><div>
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in <b>HubSpot</b> and related marketing systems, be able to translate business goals into effective automations and workflows, and ensure seamless integration between our CRM, website, and investor portals. You&rsquo;ll also help manage the technical side of website updates and maintain data-driven visibility across all marketing performance metrics.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Core Responsibilities</b></h3><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
1. HubSpot Administration &amp; Optimization (Mandatory &ndash; 3+ Years Experience)</b></h4><ul><li>
Serve as the primary administrator and strategist for HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM.</li><li>
Design, build, and optimize workflows, sequences, pipelines, deal stages, and integrations.</li><li>
Implement automation to manage lead capture, scoring, and nurturing for borrowers and investors.</li><li>
Maintain database health, segment contacts, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.</li><li>
Develop dashboards and reports that track engagement, conversion, and ROI.</li></ul><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
2. Campaign &amp; Funnel Execution</b></h4><ul><li>
Build and manage marketing and sales funnels, including landing pages, forms, and automated email journeys.</li><br>

Support team leads in launching targeted campaigns for borrower and investor audiences.</li><li>
Set up A/B tests, performance tracking, and reporting within HubSpot.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Lending and Investor Relations teams to align messaging and ensure smooth lead flow through the funnel.</li></ul><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
3. Website &amp; Systems Oversight</b></h4><ul><li>
Oversee website updates and functionality in coordination with developers and designers.</li><li>
Ensure the website and investor portal are optimized for user experience, SEO, and lead capture.</li><li>
Manage integrations between HubSpot, the company website (WordPress), investor portal, and other systems.</li><li>
Track and report on web performance analytics (via HubSpot and Google Analytics).</li><li>
Participate in discussions regarding the transition and ownership of ongoing website management.</li></ul><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
4. Analytics, Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></h4><ul><li>
Create, monitor, and refine dashboards for marketing and sales KPIs.</li><li>
Deliver actionable insights to improve lead quality, engagement rates, and conversion performance.</li><li>
Provide regular reporting to the COO and CEO on marketing system performance and opportunities for optimization.</li></ul><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
5. Email &amp; Investor/Borrower Communication</b></h4><ul><li>
Support development and delivery of automated borrower and investor communications.</li><li>
Manage system setup for newsletters, event invites, and follow-ups.</li><li>

6. Technology &amp; Tool Management</b></h4><ul><li>
Evaluate and recommend marketing technology tools to enhance efficiency and data visibility.</li><li>
Maintain SOPs and internal documentation for HubSpot and connected systems.</li><li>
Ensure all marketing systems remain integrated, secure, and optimized for scalability.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualifications</b></h3><div></div><div><b><br>
Mandatory:</b>
</div><ul><li>Minimum <b>3 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub experience</b> (administration level).</li><li>
Proven experience managing marketing automation and CRM systems in a B2B or financial services environment.</li><li>
Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and data management.</li><li>
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (preferably WordPress) and system integrations.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.</li><li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.</li><li>
