Role Overview</b></div><div>
Trophy Point is seeking a high-performing VP of Capital Raising to drive investor acquisition and capital inflows into the firm&rsquo;s lending platform.</div><div></div><div><br>
This is a true revenue-generating role with direct impact on company growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing investor relationships &mdash; with significant upside tied directly to performance.</div><div>

Capital Development &amp; Fundraising</i></b></h4><ul><li>
Originate, cultivate, and close relationships with accredited investors interested in real estate debt investments</li><li>
Present Trophy Point&rsquo;s investment strategy, structure, and value proposition to prospective investors</li><li>
Lead investors through the full lifecycle&mdash;from initial outreach to commitment and funding</li><li>
Build and maintain a disciplined, well-documented investor pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking of all investor interactions and data</li></ul><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><i><br>
Investor Relations &amp; Communication</i></b></h4><ul><li>
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and active investors, delivering a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and trust</li><li>
Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely updates, reporting materials, and investment communications</li><li>
Schedule and lead investor meetings, webinars, and one-on-one calls</li><li>
Drive engagement and participation in investor-focused initiatives, including webinars, investor calls, and in-person events such as the Annual Meeting</li></ul><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><i><br>
Strategic Growth &amp; Visibility</i></b></h4><ul><li>
Represent Trophy Point at industry events, conferences, and investor forums to build brand visibility and generate new investor relationships</li><li>
Partner with the marketing team to ensure alignment between outreach efforts, investor messaging, and brand positioning</li><li>
Contribute to the development and refinement of investor presentations, pitch decks, and supporting materials</li></ul><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><i><br>
Reporting &amp; Compliance Support</i></b></h4><ul><li>
Track capital commitments and ensure documentation is properly completed.</li><li>
Assist in refining investor FAQs, onboarding workflows, and outreach materials.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Candidate Profile and Experience</b></div><ul><li>
Proven closers in capital raising, sales, or investor-facing roles</li><li>
Individuals who can build or leverage investor network</li><li>

Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
3&ndash;5+ years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, private equity, or real estate finance.</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Familiarity with securities regulations, investor onboarding, and CRM tools.</li><li>
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
