VP of Capital Raising - (Remote USA)

Role Overview
Trophy Point is seeking a high-performing VP of Capital Raising to drive investor acquisition and capital inflows into the firm’s lending platform.

This is a true revenue-generating role with direct impact on company growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing investor relationships — with significant upside tied directly to performance.

This role is built for producers who want to build and monetize their own pipeline, not maintain one.

Key Responsibilities


Capital Development & Fundraising

  • Originate, cultivate, and close relationships with accredited investors interested in real estate debt investments
  • Present Trophy Point’s investment strategy, structure, and value proposition to prospective investors
  • Lead investors through the full lifecycle—from initial outreach to commitment and funding
  • Build and maintain a disciplined, well-documented investor pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking of all investor interactions and data


Investor Relations & Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and active investors, delivering a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and trust
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely updates, reporting materials, and investment communications
  • Schedule and lead investor meetings, webinars, and one-on-one calls
  • Drive engagement and participation in investor-focused initiatives, including webinars, investor calls, and in-person events such as the Annual Meeting


Strategic Growth & Visibility

  • Represent Trophy Point at industry events, conferences, and investor forums to build brand visibility and generate new investor relationships
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure alignment between outreach efforts, investor messaging, and brand positioning
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of investor presentations, pitch decks, and supporting materials


Reporting & Compliance Support

  • Track capital commitments and ensure documentation is properly completed.
  • Assist in refining investor FAQs, onboarding workflows, and outreach materials.

Candidate Profile and Experience
  • Proven closers in capital raising, sales, or investor-facing roles
  • Individuals who can build or leverage investor network
  • Professionals motivated by performance-based earnings and high upside
  • Self-starters who operate with urgency, ownership, and independence

Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, private equity, or real estate finance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with securities regulations, investor onboarding, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
