This weekly paid position (plus tips) offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the food industry while working in a dynamic, supportive environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and assemble smoothies and food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Operate POS system to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction</li><li>Maintain cleanliness by ensuring that all cafe procedures meet health regulations</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly without compromising quality</li><li>Support other team members in various roles such as cashiering, cleaning, or restocking supplies to ensure smooth cafe operations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably within quick service or fast-food restaurants</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to upsell menu items confidently</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Experience with kitchen tasks such as assisting in food prep is a plus</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours</li><li>Previous restaurant experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key</li></ul>Embark on an exciting journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
