 A respected boutique firm is looking to add a Criminal Defense Attorney to its team for an interim position . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in the courtroom, values hands-on client relationships, and wants to work in a collaborative, supportive environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage a full caseload of criminal defense matters (misdemeanor and felony) from intake through resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle hearings, plea negotiations, and trials with confidence and professionalism
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft motions, pleadings, and other court filings
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, compassionate guidance throughout their case
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 JD from an accredited law school
 </li>
 <li>
 Active WA Bar license in good standing
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of criminal defense experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong advocacy, writing, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
 </li>
