A respected boutique firm is looking to add a Criminal Defense Attorney to its team for an interim position . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in the courtroom, values hands-on client relationships, and wants to work in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a full caseload of criminal defense matters (misdemeanor and felony) from intake through resolution
• Handle hearings, plea negotiations, and trials with confidence and professionalism
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other court filings
• Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, compassionate guidance throughout their case

What We’re Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active WA Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of criminal defense experience preferred
• Strong advocacy, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
