Job Summary Assisted Living Home LV 11 is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as caregiving professionals. Candidates should be attentive, patient, and capable of working in a team-oriented setting.Duties<ul><li>Assist residents to promote independence and comfort.</li><li>Monitor residents&rsquo; health status by observing changes and reporting concerns to medical staff or supervisors.</li><li>Administer medications as directed and ensure proper care.</li><li>Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines, ensuring nutritional needs are met.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.</li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a friendly and caring atmosphere.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and adhere to healthcare regulations to ensure resident safety at all times.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in elder care or assisted living environments is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills and patience.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and medication management.</li><li>Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.</li><li>Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.</li></ul>Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if necessary; availability for scheduled shifts is essential.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
