As we grow, we&rsquo;re looking for a skilled and people-focused HR Manager to help us build and support the best crew in the business.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for office and field positions.</li><li>Promote and comply with our Core Values (Compassion, Teamwork, Accountability, Knowledge, and Honesty)</li><li>Create job postings and work with local schools and job boards to attract talent.</li><li>Handle onboarding, training coordination, disciplinary actions, and maintain employee files.</li><li>Support payroll, time tracking, and benefits administration.</li><li>Update and enforce company policies (attendance, PTO, uniforms, etc.).</li><li>Manage compliance with labor laws and safety standards.</li><li>Assist with performance reviews and employee development.</li><li>Help maintain a positive, professional company culture.</li><li>Works collaboratively with management and local organizations to plan, promote, and execute community outreach programs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of HR or office management experience (construction/trades experience a plus)</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.</li><li>Great communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Comfortable using Google Workspace, QuickBooks, or HR platforms (like BambooHR or ADP).</li><li>HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus, but not required.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Health and dental benefits.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>Supportive, family-oriented team environment.</li><li>Opportunities to grow with a fast-moving local business.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
