You&rsquo;ll play a vital role in connecting carriers with opportunities, streamlining onboarding, and driving real impact.What You Will Do:<ul><li>Identify and source potential carrier partners to expand our network.</li><li>Coordinate the onboarding process by collecting and verifying required documents.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of carrier agreements and documentations.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.</li><li>Address and resolve the issues quickly and efficiently.</li><li>Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless integration.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For:<ul><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.</li><li>A college degree is a plus.</li></ul>How We Will Support You:At Truck It In, you&rsquo;ll have opportunities to shape our products and processes, supported by a team of dedicated professionals.
