About the role

The Dispatcher will manage dispatch operations, assign delivery routes, and oversee a team of dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Negotiate rates and delivery terms
• Schedule trucks and drivers
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve customer issues
• Maintain records and reports
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in dispatch or supervisory roles.
• Proficient in English language, verbal and written.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with dispatch management software.
• Knowledge of logistics and regulatory compliance.
