Truck Dispatcher – US Logistics

we are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to manage and optimize daily dispatch

operations for US-based trucking activities. This role is ideal for professionals who are

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations for trucks operating in the US

Negotiate freight rates with brokers to maximize profitability

Source and book high-paying loads using load boards

Plan efficient routes and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries

Maintain consistent communication with drivers and provide operational support

Handle and resolve issues such as delays, detention, or breakdowns

Maintain accurate records of loads, drivers, and revenue performance

Requirements

Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in US truck dispatch

Strong understanding of load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop)

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preference for candidates currently working in US trucking/logistics

Compensation

PKR 80,000 – 150,000 (Fixed Salary)

OR

PKR 70,000 + High Commission Structure

Accommodation provided after one month of joining
