Field & Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Field & Office Coordinator to act as a key liaison among various departments. This role involves a combination of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, requiring strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market visits to obtain competitive bulk pricing and vendor quotations

Purchase and collect materials from markets and cargo terminals, ensuring timely delivery to the office

Inspect goods to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards; arrange necessary adjustments where required

Deliver products to customers and obtain acceptance through Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) following inspection and testing

Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting bids to customers

Support the finance department with banking and related administrative tasks

Maintain flexibility to work extended hours when required due to the dynamic nature of the role

Travel to other cities independently or with the team as needed

Requirements:

Valid motorcycle driving license (car driving skills will be considered an advantage)

Willingness to travel frequently and handle field assignments

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Strong sense of responsibility and integrity

Additional Requirement:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide a personal or family guarantor as part of the hiring process
