Operations Supervisor - Healthcare

About the opportunity

Reports to: Operations Manager (Healthcare)
Location: E-11/2, Islamabad (Onsite)
Timings: PKT 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM

Your Role @ MCG Technologies As an Operations Supervisor you will support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily functions of the operations support team, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality customer service, and effective patient coordination. You will be responsible for assisting in task delegation, monitoring team performance, and following up with staff to ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities. You will help to enforce company policies, adherence to healthcare regulations, and compliance standards. In addition, this role involves guiding and supporting team members through day-to-day challenges, addressing routine escalations, and ensuring consistent communication between staff and management. You will also contribute to workflow optimization by identifying process gaps, suggesting improvements, and helping implement operational best practices.
