We are at MVP stage with our products &ndash; Truckrr HERO (driver app) and Truckrr ONE (owner/web app), and now developing TRUCKRR LOADS for booking and managing logistics digitally.Tech Stack<ul><li>Backend: .NET Core</li><li>Frontend: HTML, CSS, JS</li><li>Mobile: Flutter (Android/iOS)</li><li>Database: SQL, ElasticSearch</li><li>Cloud: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.)</li></ul>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the technology team to deliver scalable and reliable products.</li><li>Drive architecture, design, and development of Truckrr&rsquo;s web and mobile apps.</li><li>Coordinate daily scrums, sprint planning, and ensure agile best practices.</li><li>Translate business requirements (BRD/FRD) into clear tech tasks and sprints.</li><li>Assign and monitor tasks for backend, frontend, and mobile developers.</li><li>Ensure quality code practices &ndash; version control, code reviews, automated tests.</li><li>Oversee deployment on AWS infrastructure, manage uptime, and system logs.</li><li>Work closely with Product Manager and CEO to prioritize roadmap features.</li><li>Integrate third-party APIs (maps, payments, logistics APIs, etc.)</li><li>Guide DevOps and security implementations (server monitoring, failovers, etc.)</li><li>Mentor junior developers and ensure upskilling.</li><li>Key Requirements</li><li>6+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead role.</li><li>Hands-on experience in .NET Core and Flutter is mandatory.</li><li>Solid understanding of REST APIs, database design, and system architecture.</li><li>Experience in AWS services and basic DevOps (CI/CD, load balancing, scaling).</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.</li><li>Exposure to startup work culture and agile development.</li></ul>KRA &ndash; Key Responsibility AreasAreaKey ResponsibilitySuccess MetricSprint DeliveryPlan, assign, and ensure timely delivery of sprints90%+ task completion in sprint timelinesCode QualityEnforce clean code, testing, and best practices&gt;85% code coverage; &lt;5% critical bugsTeam ManagementConduct daily stand-ups, track progressImproved velocity and clarity across teamArchitecture &amp; ScalabilityDesign robust backend, API, and cloud setupsMinimal downtime; scalable infrastructureCross-team CoordinationCollaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, and salesFaster feedback loops and better releasesDevOps &amp; AWS InfrastructureManage AWS hosting, backups, and monitoringUptime &gt; 99.5%; well-monitored stackDocumentation &amp; HandoverEnsure code, API, and system are well documented100% repo and infra documented in NotionJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
