We are building a reliable crew and are only looking for individuals who are serious about working and growing with the company.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging on residential and commercial properties</li><li>Complete spring and fall cleanups, including leaf and debris removal</li><li>Install mulch and maintain garden beds</li><li>Trim bushes and hedges to maintain clean property appearance</li><li>Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of job sites and ensure quality work on every property</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Reliable and punctual individuals who show up ready to work</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and handling manual labor</li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li><li>Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li></ul>Work EnvironmentThis is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires working in different weather conditions and staying active throughout the day.
