Landscaping Crew Member (Urgently Needed) $18-20 per hour

Slaughters Landscaping and Snow Plowing LLC is actively hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing landscaping team. We are looking for motivated workers who take pride in their work, show up on time, and are ready to perform in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

This position involves a variety of landscaping tasks and requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. We are building a reliable crew and are only looking for individuals who are serious about working and growing with the company.

Key Responsibilities

Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging on residential and commercial properties
Complete spring and fall cleanups, including leaf and debris removal
Install mulch and maintain garden beds
Trim bushes and hedges to maintain clean property appearance
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Maintain cleanliness of job sites and ensure quality work on every property

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and punctual individuals who show up ready to work
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and handling manual labor
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
Must have reliable transportation
