The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts, analyze performance metrics, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.</li><li>Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels.</li><li>Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media platforms using copywriting skills and Adobe Creative Suite tools.</li><li>Oversee website management using WordPress and basic HTML coding to ensure content is current and optimized for search engines.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools and Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>Coordinate product management activities including product launches, promotional events, and sales support initiatives.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic planning.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to develop advertising sales strategies and support B2B marketing efforts.</li><li>Manage budgeting for marketing projects to ensure efficient allocation of resources while meeting campaign goals.</li><li>Prepare reports on campaign performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders for decision-making purposes.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in SEO best practices and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords.</li><li>Strong experience in social media marketing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.</li><li>Knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies including email marketing campaigns and print advertising.</li><li>Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress CMS and basic HTML coding for website updates.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).</li><li>Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to measure campaign success and ROI.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.</li><li>Understanding of performance marketing techniques aimed at driving conversions and sales growth.</li><li>Strong research skills to identify market opportunities and competitive insights.</li><li>Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
