Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LMSW)True North Integrative Clinic &ndash; Minot, NDJob OverviewTrue North Integrative Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Mental Health Therapist (LCSW preferred; LMSW encouraged to apply) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.At True North, we believe in integrative, collaborative care. Our clinic includes psychology, psychiatric services, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health counseling &mdash; all under one roof. Many families describe us as a &ldquo;one-stop support system.&rdquo;This position provides the opportunity to work primarily in-person with children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive environment with strong referral flow, administrative support, and clinical collaboration.We are happy to support and mentor LMSWs working toward independent licensure.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations using DSM-5-TR criteria and ICD-10 coding</li><li>Provide individual, family, and occasional group therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based approaches, trauma-informed care, etc.)</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals</li><li>Provide crisis support and safety planning when clinically indicated</li><li>Maintain timely, audit-ready documentation in our EHR system (HIPAA compliant)</li><li>Collaborate with our in-house psychiatric provider, psychologist, speech therapists, and occupational therapists for coordinated care</li><li>Participate in case consultation and team collaboration meetings</li><li>Deliver services primarily in person, with telehealth as appropriate</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Active LCSW or LMSW license in North Dakota</li><li>Strong desire to work in-person with clients ages 6+</li><li>Experience working with children and adolescents preferred</li><li>Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 6&ndash;8 clients per day</li><li>Strong documentation and time-management skills</li><li>Passion for collaborative, multidisciplinary care</li><li>Warm, engaging presence with families</li></ul>Skills &amp; Clinical StrengthsIdeal candidates will have experience or interest in:<ul><li>Anxiety and mood disorders</li><li>ADHD and executive functioning challenges</li><li>Trauma-informed care</li><li>Behavioral concerns in children and teens</li><li>Parent coaching and family systems work</li><li>Crisis intervention and safety planning</li><li>Working alongside medical and therapy professionals in integrated settings</li></ul>Why True North?<ul><li>Multidisciplinary team environment</li><li>Large and consistent referral base</li><li>Private therapy office</li><li>In-house office manager and billing team</li><li>Flexible scheduling (many clinicians use Fridays for paperwork)</li><li>Clinical supervision support for LMSWs</li><li>Strong community reputation in Minot and surrounding areas</li><li>Growth opportunities as our clinic continues expanding</li></ul>We are committed to building a supportive, collaborative culture where clinicians feel valued, supported, and professionally fulfilled.If you are looking for a team that believes in integrative care, strong ethics, and truly making a difference in families&rsquo; lives &mdash; we would love to connect.Send resume and license number to: info@truenorthminot.comPay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
