Position: Sales Executive &ndash; TRUEMAX Construction Equipment &amp; Machinery RentalIndustry: Heavy Equipment Rental/Ready-mix Location: UAEKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new business for construction equipment &amp; machinery rental, ready mix</li><li>Identify and approach contractors, developers, and construction companies</li><li>Prepare rental quotations and negotiate commercial terms</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets</li><li>Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for equipment availability and delivery</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business</li><li>Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices in coordination with accounts</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and ongoing projects</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management</li><li>Handle client inquiries and resolve service issues professionally</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in construction equipment or machinery rental sales</li><li>Basic technical knowledge of construction machinery</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>UAE driving license (preferred / often required)</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet sales targets</li><li>Good command of English, Hindin</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many active rental clients did you manage at one time?</li><li>What was your sales target and average achievement?</li><li>Which UAE sectors currently have high heavy equipment demand?</li></ul>
