Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – TRUEMAX Construction Equipment & Machinery Rental

Industry: Heavy Equipment Rental/Ready-mix
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business for construction equipment & machinery rental, ready mix
• Identify and approach contractors, developers, and construction companies
• Prepare rental quotations and negotiate commercial terms
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for equipment availability and delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices in coordination with accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and ongoing projects
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management
• Handle client inquiries and resolve service issues professionally

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in construction equipment or machinery rental sales
• Basic technical knowledge of construction machinery
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license (preferred / often required)
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Good command of English, Hindin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
