Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and deliver top-tier climate control solutions across various properties. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise while making a tangible impact on building environments.Duties<ul><li>Install, service, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration units, and ventilation equipment.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical problems using tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other diagnostic devices.</li><li>Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, including pipe repairs and refrigerant line servicing.</li><li>Repair and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems and other specialized refrigeration units.</li><li>Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as a service technician in construction or property maintenance environments.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and HVAC design documents.</li><li>Experience working with HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, and ventilation units.</li><li>Skilled in plumbing, appliance repair, welding, and equipment repair techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with field service operations involving troubleshooting on-site issues efficiently.</li><li>Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices accurately.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean record; experience operating &lt;PERSON&gt; drivers preferred for transportation needs.</li><li>Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R safety protocols.
