Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and deliver top-tier climate control solutions across various properties. Duties

  • Install, service, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration units, and ventilation equipment.
  • Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical problems using tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other diagnostic devices.
  • Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, including pipe repairs and refrigerant line servicing.
  • Repair and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems and other specialized refrigeration units.
  • Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a service technician in construction or property maintenance environments.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and HVAC design documents.
  • Experience working with HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, and ventilation units.
  • Skilled in plumbing, appliance repair, welding, and equipment repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with field service operations involving troubleshooting on-site issues efficiently.
  • Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices accurately.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred for transportation needs.
