Job description:Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager (Min 3 Years of Experience in Auditor Office) with a strong background in the construction or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing complete accounts, ensuring compliance, and leading a finance team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.</li><li>Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Implement and maintain effective internal controls.</li><li>Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management.</li><li>Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring timely and accurate work.</li><li>Handle project costing, WIP statements, and cost control in coordination with project teams.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.</li><li>Proficient in Tally ERP other accounting software.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management abilities.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Description &ndash; Electrical Maintenance SupervisorLocation : Feed Manufacturing UnitDepartment : MaintenanceReports to : Plant headRole SummaryResponsible for supervising and executing all electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical systems and machinery in the feed manufacturing plant.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of motors, VFDs, conveyors, pellet mills, and plant utilities.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.Oversee control panels, PLCs, automation, and power distribution systems.Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain records.Ensure compliance with electrical safety and statutory regulations.Lead and train electricians/technicians for effective maintenance execution.Manage electrical spares inventory and coordinate with procurement.Drive energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications &amp; SkillsDiploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in poultry feed /food /process industries with &quot;C&quot; License.Strong knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, and industrial electrical systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.Good knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.Key CompetenciesTechnical expertise &amp; troubleshootingTeam leadershipSafety &amp; compliance orientationContinuous improvement mindsetJob Type: PermanentPay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
