It is a non-profit agency that provides mediation services to a six-county area in Western Wisconsin.Mediation is a conflict resolution process where an impartial third party (the mediator) assists those in conflict to explore a mutually beneficial resolution of their dispute.The Associate Director works in partnership with the Executive Director to support the vision and direction of the organization.
