In this customer‑focused role, you&rsquo;ll support users of Tsunami, our state‑of‑the‑art security camera system delivering crystal‑clear night vision, seamless 360&deg; views, and backed by an outstanding support team.Job Description: You&rsquo;ll work directly with clients to troubleshoot connectivity issues, monitor system performance, assist with R&amp;D, and provide top technical support. This position provides exposure to a wide variety of technological solutions in a client-based role.We&rsquo;re looking for intuitive, curious fast learners, ideally with experience in IP cameras, NVRs, Wireless Networking, Bridged Networking, or general technical support.
