Job Summary:

In this customer‑focused role, you’ll support users of Tsunami, our state‑of‑the‑art security camera system delivering crystal‑clear night vision, seamless 360° views, and backed by an outstanding support team.

Job Description:

You’ll work directly with clients to troubleshoot connectivity issues, monitor system performance, assist with R&D, and provide top technical support. This position provides exposure to a wide variety of technological solutions in a client-based role.

We’re looking for intuitive, curious fast learners, ideally with experience in IP cameras, NVRs, Wireless Networking, Bridged Networking, or general technical support. If you are looking for knowledge-based growth in a technology-based role, this is the position for you!

Core Requirements:

  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone with a calm, professional attitude
  • Deliver true white‑glove support = going the extra mile in every interaction
  • Collaborate seamlessly with clients, field technicians, and internal teams
  • Stay organized, multitask effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Work independently with strong ownership of your task load
  • Take initiative by digging deeper into issues and proactively identifying solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with wireless networking (i.e. Bridges & PTP Networks)
  • Familiarity with routing technology
  • Understanding of networking equipment, particularly surveillance platforms
  • General helpdesk or technical support experience.
  • Solid hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of IP camera components and functionality.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role
  • Passionate about technology and its functionality

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
