<p></p><p>We are looking for our dynamic <b>Outside Sales Manager( M/F)</b> to lead our field sales team and drive growth across the territory. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and customer engagement to deliver exceptional results in a competitive market.</p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Guide and develop the field sales team through effective communication, motivation, skills and performance management techniques.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers</li>
<li>Assign account responsibilities to maximize market penetration and account coverage.</li>
<li>Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical needs and growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Market knowledge and analysis</li>
<li>Participate in defining annual and quarterly goals</li>
<li>Develops and leads sales campaign</li>
<li>Coordinate samples, supplier meetings, and engineering support.</li>
<li>Stay aware and make report on market trend and requirements</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to opoerational standard processes and quality standard</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports and presentation</li>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you bring to us:</b></h2>
<p></p><ul><li>University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent, where you gained solid knowledge preferably of the industry products and services.</li>
<li>Previous leadership or management experience preferred.</li>
<li>Self Motivation and Adaptability</li>
<li>Strong analytical and sales methodology skills and solution oriented approach</li>
<li>Fluent Turkish and good English in both speaking and writing.</li>
<li>You have great knowledge of MS Office applications</li>
<li>You are willing to travel locally frequently and abroad occasionally, valid Driver&rsquo;s License is required.</li>
