<p>Location: TURKEY/Ankara</p>
<p></p><p>The Outside Sales - Field Account Representative is responsible to position TTI to be preferred within their defined territory or region. A preferred status allows TTI to participate in all activities to create, expand and defend sales through active participation in quotes, engineering, and supply chain opportunities.</p><p></p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your responsibilities include:</b></h2>
<p></p><ul><li>Actively promote and sell company products and solutions within your assigned territory
</li><li>Develop relationships with new and existing customers, providing technical consultation, product recommendations, and pricing quotations
</li><li>Work closely with internal teams, supporting projects from design to implementation
</li><li>Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow customer base and market share by visiting your customer sites to understand their needs and ensure long-term partnerships</li>
<li>Prepare, present, and defend commercial offers for both existing and potential customers
</li><li>Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging technologies
</li><li>Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets</li></ul><br>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you bring to us:</b></h2>
<p></p><ul><li>University degree or technical college education (or equivalent professional experience)
</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in technical sales and design within the electronic components industry
</li><li>Solid understanding of the Industrial, Defence, Aerospace, and Transportation markets
</li><li>Strong analytical skills with an innovative and creative approach to problem‑solving
</li><li>Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and sales skills
</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and work successfully toward challenging targets</li>
<li>Fluent English (written and spoken)
</li><li>Willingness and flexibility to travel locally
</li><li>Proficient in MS Office tools, ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
</li>
