TULLOS &amp; BECKETTTullos &amp; Beckett seeks an associate family litigation attorney to join its busy and expanding firm. Tullos &amp; Beckett handles criminal defense, family law, and corporation business matters.Responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Family law case assignments</li><li>Direct representation of clients through all stages of the litigation process</li><li>Courtroom advocacy</li><li>Drafting of pleadings, trial memoranda, judgments</li><li>Consulting with and hiring potential clients</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Juris Doctor</li><li>Member of the Oregon State Bar</li><li>Demonstrable oral advocacy and courtroom experience (internships and law school clinics qualify, preference will be given for those with family law, criminal defense, or criminal prosecution trial experience)</li><li>Strong initiative, ability to self-manage, and independently manage a caseload</li><li>Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with coworkers</li><li>Competent understanding of the Oregon Evidence Code</li><li>Fluent in Office suite and Adobe Acrobat software</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>$70k annual salary or 50% of the associate&rsquo;s monthly collected revenue, whichever is greater.
