We&rsquo;re Hiring: Meta Ads Specialist (Campaign Manager)​Location: Dubai, UAECompany: Tulpar Global Taxation​Tulpar Global Taxation is seeking a data-driven and creative Meta Ads Specialist to join our team in Dubai.​The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook &amp; Instagram) to drive high-quality lead generation and strengthen our corporate brand presence.​ Key Responsibilities:​Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook &amp; Instagram Ads Manager) from concept to execution.​Lead Generation: Focus on building high-converting Lead Generation campaigns, utilizing advanced audience research and precise targeting tailored to the UAE B2B/B2C market.​Ad Creative &amp; Copywriting: Design and produce engaging ad creatives (visuals, short videos/reels) and write compelling ad copy that complies with Meta&rsquo;s policies.​Optimization &amp; Testing: Monitor daily ad performance, manage budgets efficiently, and conduct A/B Testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages) to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead (CPL).​Reporting &amp; Analytics: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports analyzing key metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.​AI Integration: Effectively leverage AI tools to improve ad copywriting, asset creation, and campaign efficiency.​ Requirements:​Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.​Experience:Minimum 2+ years of proven experience specializing in Meta Ads / Paid Social media management.​Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel setup, custom audiences, Canva, and basic video editing tools.​Industry Knowledge: Prior experience marketing for professional services (Taxation, Audit, Accounting, or Business Consultancy) within the UAE is highly preferred.​Availability: Ready to join the team immediately.​Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a creative drive to generate effective business leads.
