Job Title: Store KeeperJob SummaryThe Store Keeper is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of materials, tools, and equipment at the site/store. The role ensures proper inventory control, timely availability of materials, and compliance with company procedures.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans</li><li>Maintain proper storage, stacking, and labeling of materials</li><li>Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and registers (manual or system-based)</li><li>Monitor stock levels and inform management for timely reordering</li><li>Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies</li><li>Ensure safe handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss</li><li>Coordinate with Purchase, Site, and Accounts departments</li><li>Maintain records of tools, consumables, and returnable materials</li><li>Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the store area</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum Diploma / Graduate (preferred)</li><li>1-3 years experience as Store Keeper in construction / railway / infrastructure projects</li><li>Experience in handling electrical, civil, or S&amp;T materials is an advantage</li></ul>Skills &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>Basic knowledge of inventory management</li><li>Ability to maintain stock registers and documentation</li><li>Familiar with MS Excel / basic computer operations</li><li>Honest, organized, and detail-oriented</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li></ul>Job Location<ul><li>Project site / Store location (as per requirement)</li></ul>Employment Type<ul><li>Full-time</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
