Job Title: Store KeeperJob Summary

The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of materials, tools, and equipment at the site/store. The role ensures proper inventory control, timely availability of materials, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans
  • Maintain proper storage, stacking, and labeling of materials
  • Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions
  • Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and registers (manual or system-based)
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management for timely reordering
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Site, and Accounts departments
  • Maintain records of tools, consumables, and returnable materials
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the store area

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma / Graduate (preferred)
  • 1-3 years experience as Store Keeper in construction / railway / infrastructure projects
  • Experience in handling electrical, civil, or S&T materials is an advantage

Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management
  • Ability to maintain stock registers and documentation
  • Familiar with MS Excel / basic computer operations
  • Honest, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Good coordination and communication skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
