We will provide the training, mentorship, and resources needed for you to advance and ultimately lead our sales team.What You'll Do (Sales Consultant)<ul><li>Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.</li><li>Conduct engaging product presentations and test drives.</li><li>Master the sales process from initial contact through final paperwork.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and customer relationships.</li><li>Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate leads.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales volume and gross profit objectives.</li></ul>What We're Looking For (The Future Leader)<ul><li>Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but high-performance sales in other industries considered).</li><li>A hungry, 'can-do' attitude with a relentless drive for success.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A natural leader who is comfortable mentoring and guiding others.</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.</li><li>A strong belief in ethical business practices and putting the customer first.</li><li>Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing strategies and inventory control.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of current automotive trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.</li><li>Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer&rsquo;s purchase experience.</li></ul>&middot;Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
