More Than Just a Sales Role!

We are seeking a highly motivated, success-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual who doesn't just want a job, but a defined career path.

From day one, you will operate on a clear leadership track with the expectation and support to rapidly grow into the Sales Manager role. We will provide the training, mentorship, and resources needed for you to advance and ultimately lead our sales team.

What You'll Do (Sales Consultant)

  • Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and test drives.
  • Master the sales process from initial contact through final paperwork.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and customer relationships.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate leads.
  • Achieve monthly sales volume and gross profit objectives.

What We're Looking For (The Future Leader)

  • Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but high-performance sales in other industries considered).
  • A hungry, 'can-do' attitude with a relentless drive for success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural leader who is comfortable mentoring and guiding others.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • A strong belief in ethical business practices and putting the customer first.
  • Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing strategies and inventory control.
  • Maintain knowledge of current automotive trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer’s purchase experience.
