You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with business leaders, process owners, and technical teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner with clients to understand business needs and identify automation opportunities for process optimization.</li><li>Lead workshops and discovery sessions to analyze workflows and design scalable RPA solutions aligned with client goals.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes and high satisfaction.</li><li>Architect and document automation solutions, including process flows, technical specifications, and design artifacts.</li><li>Develop, configure, and test RPA bots (UiPath, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, etc.) ensuring quality and reliability.</li><li>Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of bots.</li><li>Mentor junior consultants and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Deliver RPA training and support adoption of automation solutions among client teams.</li><li>Monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Stay updated on RPA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance Turbotic&rsquo;s automation capabilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>RPA/UI PATH: 4 years (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 6 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
