About the Role

As an RPA Consultant (primarily UiPath) at Turbotic, you’ll take the lead in delivering end-to-end automation projects for our global clients. You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, process owners, and technical teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and identify automation opportunities for process optimization.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to analyze workflows and design scalable RPA solutions aligned with client goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes and high satisfaction.
• Architect and document automation solutions, including process flows, technical specifications, and design artifacts.
• Develop, configure, and test RPA bots (UiPath, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, etc.) ensuring quality and reliability.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of bots.
• Mentor junior consultants and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver RPA training and support adoption of automation solutions among client teams.
• Monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on RPA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance Turbotic’s automation capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
