Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also managing clerical tasks that keep our office running efficiently.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and data entry</li><li>Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calendar management for staff or executives</li><li>Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, organization of files, and maintaining office equipment</li><li>Support customer service efforts by providing prompt assistance and accurate information to clients or patients</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients or team members</li><li>Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, proofreading, filing, and general office management</li><li>Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance</li><li>Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous but not required; personal assistant experience is also valued</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and proactive attitude will make a real difference!
