As a home care marketing professional, you will be working closely with a skilled and experienced Marketing Team. The position is very hands on and you will be interacting directly with people daily and engaging with them to answer any questions or concerns. Although we would love to make a profit that is not what drives our organization. We pay aides on time and we speak to everyone respectfully and avoid any kind of toxic or dramatic atmosphere.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize outreach and sales opportunities within assigned regions.</li><li>Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and exceptional customer support.</li><li>Conduct compelling product demos of home care services and medical equipment to healthcare professionals, clients, and community organizations.</li><li>Engage in outside sales activities by visiting potential clients, attending community events, and representing the company at industry conferences.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to meet their needs while achieving sales targets.</li><li>Manage accounts efficiently using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams on product feedback, technical sales strategies, and promotional campaigns to enhance market presence.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or field sales roles within healthcare or medical equipment sectors.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Technical sales experience related to scientific or medical equipment is highly desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; CRM system proficiency is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage a territory independently while coordinating with team members.</li><li>Knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical sales practices, including enterprise selling strategies.</li><li>Analytical skills for assessing client needs and developing tailored solutions.</li><li>Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts and scheduling product demos effectively.</li></ul>Join us as a Home Care Marketer/Sales Representative and be part of a passionate team dedicated to enhancing quality of life through innovative home care solutions!Pay: $48,438.71 - $58,334.79 per yearWork Location: In person
