 We are looking for a&nbsp;dynamic and persuasive
 
 Sales Executive (Telesales)
 
 &nbsp;to join our Training Division in Lahore. The role involves promoting training programs, generating leads, and converting prospects into participants through effective communication and follow-up.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contact potential customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to promote ISO, HSE, and Soft Skills Training programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a pipeline of B2C and B2B clients through consistent outreach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle inquiries, explain course details, and guide participants through the registration process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned training courses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for promotional campaigns and scheduled sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the organization during university visits, job fairs, and seminars when required.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: 1&ndash;2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in training, education, or certification services (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Skills:

 Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
 </li>

 Confident in client handling and telephonic interactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic.
