I would love to get people that have some solar experience or doorknocking experience. However, not a lot of people have done that in their life. So if you&rsquo;re the type of person that can create structure in your life, you will be successful in this position. If you allow yourself to be managed and come to training, you will be successful in this position. Virginia has the most data centers in the entire US so electricity rates are going to skyrocket. We do a 50% split commission between the Setter and the Closer so everybody makes the same amount of money. We just opened up an office in Chantilly and I&rsquo;m looking to bring on five reps within the next two weeks. I&rsquo;ve been in Solar for five years. I love this industry, and I know that there is a profitable future in Virginia.
