1. Design Expertise &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the architectural design efforts for residential and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications.</li><li>Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations, incorporating these insights into designs.</li><li>Develop detailed architectural plans, layouts, and 2D/3D models.</li><li>Provide innovative and sustainable design solutions to enhance project aesthetics and functionality.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration and successful outcomes.</li><li>Contribute to our culture of innovation by bringing fresh ideas, techniques, and design concepts to the table.</li><li>Work closely with engineers, construction managers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with overall project goals.</li></ul>2. Design Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Uphold design quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, industry regulations, and company benchmarks.</li><li>Review and refine design outputs to maintain quality and align with project objectives.</li><li>Address design challenges and propose effective solutions to ensure project progress.</li></ul>3. Other Duties:<ul><li>Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned or instructed by leadership to support the overall goals and mission of the company.</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Proven experience in Residential &amp; commercial interior design</li><li>Strong design sense, space planning, and material selection </li><li>Experience in wedding venues, event halls, or event design is a strong plus</li><li>Ability to develop creative concepts and transform them into practical designs </li><li>Proficiency in design software ( AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Corona, or similar )</li><li>Good Communication Skills and ability to work with clients and teams</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Background in wedding halls, event planning, or themed interiors</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or a related field.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in architectural design within the construction or design industry.</li><li>Proven expertise in designing residential and commercial projects, with a strong portfolio of completed work.</li><li>Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and architectural principles.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal, written, and presentation).</li></ul>Skills: <ul><li>English and Arabic proficiency required</li><li>Expertise in design and innovation.</li><li>Project management proficiency.</li><li>Strong architectural knowledge and attention to detail.</li><li>Awareness of industry trends and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Collaboration and teamwork.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Commitment to quality and precision.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software and tools.</li><li>Time management and organizational efficiency.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your monthly salary expectation for the role?
