Interior Designers

1. Design Expertise & Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design efforts for residential and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations, incorporating these insights into designs.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, layouts, and 2D/3D models.
• Provide innovative and sustainable design solutions to enhance project aesthetics and functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration and successful outcomes.
• Contribute to our culture of innovation by bringing fresh ideas, techniques, and design concepts to the table.
• Work closely with engineers, construction managers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with overall project goals.

2. Design Quality Assurance:

• Uphold design quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, industry regulations, and company benchmarks.
• Review and refine design outputs to maintain quality and align with project objectives.
• Address design challenges and propose effective solutions to ensure project progress.

3. Project Management:

• Monitor project progress, ensuring designs are implemented as planned and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to establish project timelines, budgets, and milestones.

4. Growth and Development:

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture.
• Seek opportunities to improve skills, techniques, and knowledge related to architectural design.

5. Other Duties:

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned or instructed by leadership to support the overall goals and mission of the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Residential & commercial interior design
• Strong design sense, space planning, and material selection
• Experience in wedding venues, event halls, or event design is a strong plus
• Ability to develop creative concepts and transform them into practical designs
• Proficiency in design software ( AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Corona, or similar )
• Good Communication Skills and ability to work with clients and teams

Preferred:

• Background in wedding halls, event planning, or themed interiors
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in architectural design within the construction or design industry.
• Proven expertise in designing residential and commercial projects, with a strong portfolio of completed work.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and architectural principles.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal, written, and presentation).
