This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic environment that values hospitality, creativity, and teamwork.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair</li><li>Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks that enhance their experience</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and retail math calculations</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed</li><li>Ensure responsible serving by checking IDs and adhering to alcohol service regulations</li><li>Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours</li><li>Uphold food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation</li><li>Maintain a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service in fast-paced setting</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of drink recipes, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation skills</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Previous experience in catering or food industry roles is highly desirable</li><li>Strong communication skills to engage confidently with diverse clientele</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about creating memorable moments through expertly crafted drinks!
