Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks that enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and retail math calculations
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed
• Ensure responsible serving by checking IDs and adhering to alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
• Uphold food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation
• Maintain a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service in fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation skills
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Previous experience in catering or food industry roles is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with diverse clientele
