You'll work closely with the Head of Project Management to: <ul> <li> Prepare and maintain project and portfolio reports, dashboards, and trackers. </li><li> Collect and validate project data including timelines, risks, and financials. </li><li> Maintain a central repository of project documentation, templates, and tools. </li><li> Coordinate meeting logistics, take minutes, and track actions for governance meetings. </li><li> Support project managers with administrative tasks related to governance and reporting. </li><li> Assist in preparing materials for portfolio reviews and steering committees. </li><li> Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. </li></ul> Your work will ensure leadership has clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, and opportunities across the Technology & Transformation Portfolio (TXP).What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting project delivery.
