Job Purpose:The Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment to ensure efficient operation in accordance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, and sanitation).</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.</li><li>Fit and repair piping systems, fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers), and appliances.</li><li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain inventory of plumbing tools, parts, and equipment.</li><li>Respond to emergency plumbing calls and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Coordinate with other maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors when needed.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly work reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a plumber or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage systems, and plumbing codes.</li><li>Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely.</li><li>Skilled in reading technical drawings and blueprints.</li><li>Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or plumbing certification is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Plumber Technician

Job Purpose:Responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and testing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safe and efficient operations in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with regulations and safety standards.</li><li>Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and resolve faults efficiently.</li><li>Inspect and test electrical systems, components, and appliances for safety, functionality, and compliance.</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.</li><li>Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.</li><li>Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power distribution, control systems, and emergency backup systems.</li><li>Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at all times.</li><li>Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance schedules.</li><li>Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Coordinate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors as required.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.</li><li>Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in facilities, construction, or industrial environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and local electrical codes.</li><li>Ability to use electrical testing equipment and tools effectively.</li><li>Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Physical fitness and ability to work in varying environments (indoors, outdoors, at heights, etc.).</li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to on-call emergencies.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, or automation (if relevant to your industry).</li><li>Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or other MEP services.</li><li>Teamwork and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How Soon You can join us?</li></ul>
