A. Procurement & Supply Chain – Tyloz Cleaning Services:

1. Monitor stock levels and safety stock to identify items that require replenishment, based on requests from Operations or end users.

2. For items with approved suppliers, request quotations, raise PR/PQ/PO, confirm orders, and secure timely delivery in line with operational requirements.

3. For new requirements without designated suppliers, source and evaluate potential vendors, request quotations, negotiate terms and pricing, and select suppliers in accordance with company procurement policy.

4. Create and manage purchase orders with accuracy and compliance with procurement procedures.

5. Maintain supplier relationships, update suppliers regarding payments, and provide proof of payment when required.

6. Stay up to date on market trends, pricing, and alternative suppliers to optimize sourcing strategies.

7. Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards, including environmental and social responsibility.

B. Receiving & Inventory Management- Tyloz Cleaning Services:

1. Receive incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, inspect quality and quantity, and ensure proper documentation is completed.

2. Close POs in SAP and reconcile deliveries in line with procurement processes.

3. Update the facility’s inventory management system with receipts, adjustments, and returns.

4. Maintain accurate, real-time records of stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.

5. Oversee the quality, condition, and proper storage of all materials and products.

6. Prepare and verify outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and accurate documentation.

7. Coordinate with Operations and other departments to fulfil material and product requirements.

C. Documentation & Reporting:

1. Maintain complete and accurate procurement and warehouse records in compliance with company policies.

2. Submit invoices, delivery notes, and supporting documents to Finance, ensuring all records are archived in the Procurement database.

3. Generate reports on procurement costs, purchase orders, stock levels, vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, Salik usage, and other KPIs as required by management.

D. Warehouse Organization & Cleanliness:

1. Ensure the warehouse and office areas are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.

2. Implement safe and efficient disposal solutions for packaging materials and waste.

E. Quality Control:

1. Verify that all procured goods and services meet agreed quality standards and operational requirements.

F. Health & Safety:

1. Monitor and enforce warehouse safety and security protocols.

2. Adhere to health and safety regulations, reporting hazards promptly and always ensuring compliance.

3. Actively participate in safety training and support the company’s safe working environment initiatives.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 3–5 years’ experience in procurement and warehouse management, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.

3. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

4. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

5. Excellent organizational and reporting skills.

6. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
