<div></div><div><b>SUMMARY: </b>This position helps maintain and support all IT software and services throughout all branch locations. Assists Managed Services as needed to keep all servers running, updated and in compliance with UBank requisites. Assist all bank employees as needed to keep all computers running efficiently and other duties as needed.</div>
<div></div><div><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
</b></div><ul><li>Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client/server environment.</li>
<li>Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computer equipment and software.</li>
<li>Assists in upgrades on systems to ensure longevity of equipment.</li>
<li>Assists with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.</li>
<li>Assists when needed with writing procedures and policies in order to help meet FDIC regulations/requirements.</li>
<li>Manages the distribution and retention of data on various storage devices.</li>
<li>Implement appropriate security measures consistent with confidentiality requirements.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft SQL beneficial.</li>
<li>Manage the secure destruction of used equipment.</li>
<li>Assists with day-to-day IT tasks.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

<div></div><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS:
</b></div><ul><li>Associate's degree in information technology field preferred but can be substituted by work experience.</li>
<li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).</li>
<li>Must be able to troubleshoot and repair PC and software errors.</li>
<li>Must have experience with Windows 10 Professional and other Microsoft Operating systems.</li>
<li>Must have relevant Windows Server experience.</li>
<li>Must be willing to further education through training classes and/or seminars.</li>
<li>Must be able to work under demanding time constraints.</li>
<li>Must have good people skills.</li>
<li>Prior experience with a community bank preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as analytic and problem-solving skills.</li>

This role handles inquiries, resolves issues, and completes account-related requests to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain operational efficiency.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Customer Support &amp; Communication</b></h3>
<ul><li>Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate, timely assistance.</li>
<li>Respond to secure mail inquiries and customer requests.</li>
<li>Engage with customers through the LinkLive (Communicator) chat platform.</li>
<li>Address service desk tickets and customer email requests submitted via the website.</li>
<li>Direct incoming faxes to the appropriate departments.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Debit Card &amp; Fraud Support</b></h3>
<ul><li>Manage compromised debit card reports, notify customers, close affected cards, and guide customers to branches for replacements.</li>
<li>Process debit card limit raises, travel notices, and swipe limit adjustments.</li>
<li>Respond to fraud-related calls and update the case tracker for flagged debit cards.</li>
<li>Manage disputes through FINBOA.</li>

<ul><li>Build and maintain Business Online Banking (OLB) profiles, including:
<ul><li>Mobile deposit limit raises</li>
<li>Password resets</li>
<li>User additions</li>
<li>Account linking and restrictions</li>
</ul></li><li>Support Retail OLB, including enrollment assistance, password resets, and restrictions.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Financial Transactions &amp; Operations</b></h3>
<ul><li>Execute domestic and international wire transfers.</li>
<li>Support BillPay functions, including stop payments, account number additions, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Process internal funds transfers.</li>
<li>Complete stop payments and Telebanker profile unlocks/PIN resets.</li>
<li>Process checks and debit card orders.</li>
<li>Escalate Fiserv service desk tickets as needed.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Payments &amp; Digital Services</b></h3>
<ul><li>Assist with Zelle troubleshooting and un-restricting accounts.</li>

<li>Experience working in all three Retail Banking levels or prior operations experience.</li>
